Shipping Information

At Adara Wear, we understand the excitement of receiving your new fashion finds quickly. That's why we offer expedited shipping options to ensure your orders arrive promptly. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Method: We provide 1st Class shipping, which typically delivers your order within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival time.

RETURNS

If your garment isn't what you love, you have 7 days to return an item. Returns are only accepted if the clothing isn't damaged. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and enclosed in their original packaging with all labels intact. Please note sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any items over the 7 days can receive a credit note.

We encourage all customers to ship items back to us via a tracked delivery service. Second class signed for is usually the most economical way to do this. Name order number and reason why needs to be in the return so we can activate the refund.
